END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR GRAPEVINE

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and GRAPEVINE TECHNOLOGY , the developer and owner of the Grapevine ("the App"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

1. License Grant

GRAPEVINE TECHNOLOGY grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer rights to the App.

2. Use of the App

a. You are solely responsible for any content you post or share through the App. You agree not to post or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, illegal, or infringes on the rights of others.

b. You may not use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Privacy

GRAPEVINE TECHNOLOGY values your privacy and will collect, store, and use information as described in our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed within the App.

4. Updates and Changes

GRAPEVINE TECHNOLOGY may release updates or changes to the App, which may include bug fixes, enhancements, and new features. You consent to these updates and changes.

5. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from GRAPEVINE TECHNOLOGY if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA.

6. Warranty and Liability

a. The App is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. GRAPEVINE TECHNOLOGY is not responsible for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

b. GRAPEVINE TECHNOLOGY does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Australia, excluding its conflicts of laws principles.
